DiGiNN is launching a series of Train‑the‑Trainer workshops designed to help Cypriot SMEs and Public Sector Organisations (PSOs) strengthen their digital capabilities by equipping them the skills needed to assess, design, and implement digital upskilling initiatives within their organisations.
What You Will Learn
Drawing on design thinking and capability‑driven approaches, this 2.5‑hour workshop will help participants:
- Understand the fundamentals of Digital Literacy and its key dimensions (digital tools, data literacy, AI, automation).
- Identify digital skills gaps using practical assessment methods such as surveys, manager evaluations, and self‑assessment tools.
- Design a simple, effective digital upskilling plan tailored to organisational needs.
- Support employees in adopting new digital skills, managing resistance, and tracking progress.
- Apply essential Train‑the‑Trainer techniques to deliver engaging and impactful internal training.
Who Can Participate
This workshop is ideal for HR Managers, L&D Managers, or any other professionals responsible for training programme development, employee development or organisational capability building within an SME or PSO.
Cost & Eligibility
Participation is 100% funded through the DiGiNN programme.
Eligible organisations include:
- Cypriot SMEs (under 250 staff and ≤ €50M turnover).
- Public Sector Organisations (PSOs).
Workshop Dates
Workshops will be held in-person or online on multiple dates between 24, 25, 26 and 30 June, during 10:00-12:30.
