Digital Transformation of the Maritime Sector

This interactive workshop is designed to help participants take a strategic look at the key challenges their company is facing. The workshop will focus on the main aspects of digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on the maritime sector. Through guided activities, participants will map the underlying drivers and resulting impacts of these challenges, gaining a deeper understanding of how they affect business performance and innovation potential. Building on this analysis, they will identify relevant digital solutions and tools that could address these challenges, as well as pinpoint critical skills gaps that may be limiting their company’s ability to adopt and benefit from such solutions. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear, visual overview of their challenge landscape and a prioritised set of opportunities for capability-building and digital transformation. This workshop aims to support strategic thinking, foster collaborative problem-solving, and equip companies with actionable insights to enhance their future readiness.
