Description
This Train-the-Trainer workshop equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to introduce Zoho Books as a practical digital finance solution for start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The session focuses on the core functionalities of the platform and its role in addressing common financial management challenges faced by growing organisations.
Through guided live demonstrations, practical examples, and interactive discussion, participants will explore how digital finance tools can streamline internal processes, improve financial visibility, and support more structured and efficient financial practices. Emphasis is placed not only on understanding the tool itself, but also on how trainers can effectively position and integrate it within organisational contexts as a first step toward financial digitalisation.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Recognise typical financial management challenges encountered by start-ups and SMEs
- Identify opportunities where digital tools can enhance financial workflows
- Confidently navigate the basic functions of Zoho Books
- Support organisations in adopting Zoho Books as an entry point to digital finance management
The session is delivered through a virtual live demonstration format, combining hands-on walkthroughs, real-world examples, and structured Q&A to support both learning and training transfer.
Participants will gain a solid understanding of digital finance tools and be better prepared to train others in adopting more organised, transparent, and efficient financial management practices.
