Trainer: Dr. Maria Solomou is PwC’s Experience Center and Customer Strategy & Experience lead, bringing business value to clients through human-centric and emerging technologies enabled experiences. She has a Ph.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington (U.S.A) and an MBA from the University of Cyprus. She is certified from the MIT on Innovation of Products and Services, as well as a certified LEGO for Business professional. She has more than 15 years of experience in managing teams towards delivering future thinking solutions using emerging technologies (e.g. VR, AR, AI, digital twins, games, etc.) and human-centric design. She has extensive experience in game design, user experience, project management, CX governance, skills development, etc. She has worked with clients and partners in the USA and Europe, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, the European Central Bank, universities, financial institutions, technology companies, consulting agencies, etc.
